Thank you to AFSCME Chapter 76 in Pueblo for the warm welcome yesterday. It was an honor to be in Pueblo, share why I’m running to be your next Attorney General, and most importantly, hear from you about how Colorado’s top lawyer can best fight for you!

Today, more than ever before, an $83B merger in an industry of ideas and free expression merits close scrutiny.

Colorado has lost a dedicated public servant and champion. Faith Winter embodied the best of Colorado and the legacy of her work and leadership will endure. My thoughts are with Faith’s family, friends, and community.

Government only works when it’s accountable. Courtrooms are a critical path to accountability. Lawlessness must be met with swift, decisive pushback led by lawyers with experience, judgment, and expertise. The stakes are higher than ever.

I’m running for Attorney General because Colorado deserves a leader who fights for our families and our futures, but I can’t take on this fight alone. If you can, donate at the link in bio or at hetaldoshiforag.com

Nine months ago, the dismantling of democratic institutions that we are now seeing was inconceivable. But what’s happening in North Carolina, Texas, and elsewhere isn’t subtle — and we can’t pretend it won’t reach us.

I bow to no king. As a long-time federal prosecutor and former senior DOJ official, I took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution. Today, like every other day, I stand up for the Constitution.

Stephen Miller is attacking courts and even Trump-appointed judges because courts, unlike the BS bravado on social media, evaluate facts. And the facts are not on their side.
NEWS: Judge Immergut said the Trump administration's renewed effort to put National Guard troops on the ground in Portland appeared to flout her original order — which found Trump had no legal basis to send federalized troops there.

Yesterday’s decision in U.S. v. Google marks a historic moment in the fight against the concentration and abuse of power. I had the privilege of leading the dedicated team of public servants at the Department of Justice that originally took this case to trial.

Tina Peters was lawfully - and unanimously - convicted by a jury of 12 of her peers in Mesa County. To try to extort Colorado into overturning their judgment is just more of the same antidemocratic playbook.
President Trump is demanding the release of a former Colorado county elections official who was found guilty of charges connected to sneaking someone into her office to search for evidence to try to prove that the 2020 election was stolen.

It’s my honor to be endorsed by @IA_Impact. Growing up, our South Asian community showed me what hope, resilience, and possibility look like.

When big media conglomerates merge, executives get even richer and communities lose. Local reporters do the hard work of investigating those stories that hit closest to home and help us hold power to account.
The parent company of 9NEWS is being acquired by the parent company of FOX31 in Denver and the stations will be combined, according to the company's CEO. Here's what we know:

Taking advice from Putin on free and fair elections? Come on. Reality check: if Trump’s coming for our elections here in Colorado, he will lose.
Breaking News: President Trump said he would lead a movement to eliminate mail-in ballots and that he wanted to get rid of voting machines. Trump has long opposed mail-in voting, though Republicans made electoral gains in 2024 by embracing the practice. nyti.ms/3Jk0D6W

Growing up, weekend dinners with the few South Asian families that lived nearby were where I first saw the American Dream. Now, walking into a similar gathering, I feel that same spirit - where tradition meets purpose. I’m proud to stand with a Colorado community rooted in hope and possibility.
