switched over my arch (btw) linux install to using danklinux.com with niri! it's a very polished experience and i can definitely recommend it over the half-baked cobbled-together config I was using before 😭

today was day 1/10 of the last 10 days of the year, wow. got a lot done for carden! made some tweaks to card infra (switched from dicts to classes for storing card data), drew a much better farm sprite, and made cards actually do stuff!

did some pentesting on a vibe-coded site (the admin panel has no backend validation 💀) and made some nice infra for cards in my mini game! now it's much easier to add different kinds of cards with their own effects

new keeb switches arrived today! took the opportunity to disassemble [glyph], clean it out, and apply some mods. also fought with QMK a bunch, but I eventually figured out how to fix the joysticks! the keyboard sounds super nice now :D

halfway there!! did a bunch of AoC! completely reworked my day 5 solution so that it doesn't create a dictionary with hundreds of trillions of keys
did day 6 as well! i quite like my solution :3 also picked up some snowboard boots
