No kidding. And maybe she didn't realize but I messaged her and asked if there was something wrong with my order because maybe I can address a problem for her. She said she liked and it I asked her to change her review to reflect that and she refused!

I'm going to try contacting Etsy support to get the review removed, but regardless, I very much appreciate those who leave a review for orders they are happy with. Especially because I do my best to solve problems when they come up. Cynthia's review is very unfair.

She told me in DM she liked the postcards but she still insists on leaving a one star review because she doesn't want to leave a review!! I explained that her review has dropped me from 5 to 4.9 stars, hurts my shop's algorithm - she insists it's my fault to fix.
