For #MotivationalMonday, I got my flu and COVID vaccines today - ouchie! But an important step to keeping my body safe and protected and to also keep those around me safe as well!

If you haven't gotten them yet, see if your local pharmacy welcomes walk ins, or schedule an appointment if necessary!
