fascinated that the city of philadelphia has proposed a genuinely good idea of launching a city-run 401k program for all workers who dont get one through their job ... and it will follow them if they switch jobs ... huh

small-business-owner brain unfortunately warps the analysis of most people and i think its tragic that most workers in creative fields are forced into that kind of relationship with their labor. or that creative work is only understood as commodities these days generally

i just realized that the reason why the tour guide mentioned all 3 resource centers (the one for men, the one for women, and the LGBTQ+ one) to me last night when i asked about resources for non-traditional students is likely because he couldnt tell which one id prefer to take advantage of. lmao
