Two have specific mews for when they want food that hit me down to my bones. One paces around the room where her claws make specifically annoying click clack sounds. The last one will chase two of the others up and down cabinets so I can't ignore it even when I'm in bed sleeping.

Hen and Wren.
Ink and gouache on Fabriano Medioevalis, approximately 95 × 64 mm.
Drawing in black ink, primarily in silhouette, of a hen and a Wren regarding each other quizzically. The hen stands in a patch of wild grasses whilst the wren perches on a small, leafless shrub in front of her. The hen's comb and wattle are the only touch of red gouache. The drawing is finely wrought and intricate. The piece is roughly the size of a business card.

Sad to report my cats know they can annoy me into feeding them.

Our populous European Starlings have given starlings in general a bad name. In fact, there are some 128 starling species, many quite beautiful. Here are four. #birds_matter #kenya #birds

That is to say: Hammer still best.

Not me having not begun to even assemble Cursed City for various reasons, but getting oddly excited about this announcement for a new Warhammer Quest. So curious if mini quality will live up to Cursed City's.
A box art for the board game Warhammer Quest Darkwater that has yet to be revealed properly.

I think it just unified the button and isn't complaining if you choose a video anymore.

Been busy wrapping the main heat pipes with insulation to reduce losses and get the warmth where it's supposed to go. Don't underestimate rock wool and it's fibers, wear your masks when handling that.

Hen and Frog.

Ink and gouache on Fabriano Medioevalis, 95 × 64 mm.
Drawing in black ink, primarily in silhouette, of a hen startled by a frog leaping out from a small cluster of ferns. The hen's comb and wattle are the only touch of red gouache.

Haven't been playing much at all let alone make videos of it, but with the hammer back in I couldn't help but do a rough cut of this really close solo victory. youtu.be/EPMZK4xJlp4?...

Is patreon still the go to for that sort of thing even with the not so welcome changes over the years? Does anyone replicate the success people can have there on their ko-fi or other platforms? Seems a really odd, opaque landscape these days.

I would second the recommendation for watching Season 1 and then just stopping there.

Not autocorrect preventing my grackling pun. 😅

Very sorry for your loss. It sounds like she was a true blessing to have in ones life. My deepest condolences.
