I think I am starting to understand how to do my job as an Admin Assistant. It has been barely three weeks since I was hired and was expected to immediately understand everything and perform efficiently. But as I took things slowly, the more I learned. In another week, I am off to another level.

I keep seeing posts stating that ICE cannot enter your home or a private business without a judicial warrant. While that is legally correct, in reality ICE routinely violates the law by forcing their way in, often by smashing down doors, before violently assaulting people.
