For context, I had a really bad panic attack this week and lots of old trauma resurfaced. Haven't had that happen in years; it never leaves you, but you learn to moderate those flare-ups and healthily cope.

I'm feeling much better, and I've received help to search for affordable therapists/counselors in my area.

I was constantly in therapy, as a child, and it was lovely. Now that I've found some options, it's time to get my mental health back on track!

This is the best news I've heard the entirety of 2025.

I'm pretty realistic and even cautiously optimistic! And I genuinely think this'll either take months to get back to a manageable spot, or I submit a two-week's notice and either deal with unemployment or pray a good offer lines up.

Please give me strength to endure this bullshit a little longer. 🙏

Even after clocking out, it's hard not to think of work when it's how I'm affording to cover all my expenses. It's subconsciously driving me insane?

I'm on-and-off applying elsewhere; I would do it more but I'm so fatigued. It's hard not succumbing to thoughts of failure when seeing all this shit.

I've been masking my stress for a long while, and it's hard to continue as if everything is perfectly fine!

So many employees have either been fired, quit on their own accord, or retired. I receive pay raises and new responsibilities, but with minimal-to-no training.

I need to vent real quick:

You know how cartoons depict corporate office jobs with massive stacks of paper that slowly engulf your entire cubicle?

This was funny, at first, but I'm actually drowning in documents... and this was after removing two extra stacks of files. 📑😩
