There’s been a drive in our place to get all staff upgraded. They tried to make it so we had to get it done by 31/08, but that target was missed. There’s about 1000 devices still on 10. I went early/first in our team, mostly bc the massive QR on my screen was *really* annoying!

Mind you, I do hear prof services colleagues being very rude about academic colleagues, so it does go both ways. I just figure we’re all here for the same goal 🤷‍♀️ The vagueness does make me feel attacked.

I often find myself wondering what they mean by “administrators” in university terms. Do they mean senior/executive leadership, or are they including the collective professional services “administrators”
