I’m raising money for @combatstress.bsky.social this year. The first event I’m doing is #MarchInMarch

The aim is to complete my 10 miles anytime, anywhere in March. I can take them on in one push, spread them across the month, or push myself to run it.

It’s as if the State Department is either high or they’ve got some weird graphic novels guiding foreign policy. What the heck is happening?

This is very cool, I seem to remember they did something similar years ago. My mate taught the Space course at the School of Air Battlespace Management (RAF Boulmer); having previously served at SBIRS in the US. He demonstrated the tool in one of his lectures.

@kosmickris.bsky.social u seen this?
Great new tool from AEI that allows you to track global launches, satellite, and debris activity.

Trump: "Whoo. I'm glad my finger wasn't in that sucker. That could've dome some damage but you know what? I wouldn't have shown the pain. I would've gone back. Boy did you hear that? That was nasty. But I would not have shown the pain. I would've acted like nothing happens as my finger fell off."

It’s a UK wide problem, there are litter picking groups up and down the country; as a society we need to wake up. It’s lazy, disgusting and toxic behaviour. The group I’m part of is doing a great job, but there shouldn’t be a need for #LitterPicking #Volunteering

So Trump and his team made the world wait for this claptrap?

And his ‘book of achievements’ is a pile of A4 held together by a bulldog clip? They couldn’t be arsed to punch holes and put it in a binder? Was the intern on a day off? Nobody qualified to adjust the xerox to drill holes? Amateurs.
folks, this is some really weird shit. the president is not well.

Morning run completed. I did an Over & Under session, 4 sets of 400m at Endurance pace and 400m at Threshold. It was hard! But very satisfying even if I was knackered on the last fast set.

I don’t know how much longer we need to indulge Trump’s infantile behaviour…

But here’s a few examples of how the United States treats its citizens in its existing overseas territories and dependencies. 👇
