So I spent 2 hours on phone with Comcast this morning to get the remote to work on the replacement TV.
I'm old enough to remember when you just plug in and hit the ON button. And repairs were simple, too. Look in the TV, see which tube is burnt out, and replace that one.

Well I guess every company is going make customers deal with AI, so soon I'll need to spend the entire day getting answers that humans would have answered in 20 minutes total.
