I think NJ has the right idea. If the fed gov't cut their funds, they won't pay taxes to the fed gov't. IN cut women's funding so FU Braun. Good luck collecting any taxes from me. **Plz note, i do not have to pay fed taxes anyway or state, but it's the concept of it, and i like it.
