I don't understand how anyone can watch how blatantly Grok is manipulated to answer the way ownership desires it to and then act like the other LLM chatbots couldn't possibly be similarly but less obviously compromised to produce responses in whatever way corporate interests and priorities dictate.

One of the best stories I found while I was researching my book on Suspiria was that in between shooting, Argento would go drinking in Munich with Udo Kier, Fassbinder and Bowie. So wild that Argento is the only one left now.

For that matter, don't cast Katy O'Brian as a self destructive lesbian with a thing for nudie suits if you're not going to do anything with that, either.
Thinking about it, it's interesting how fewer problems I have with the film is if the only change they had made was having Glen Powell and Lee Pace swap roles. Pace's hangdog exhaustion in the too little we get of him is much more interesting than Powell doing a game attempt at 90s action hero.

Udo took a chance on my rinky-dink festival in Vancouver back in 2000 - he went on TV interviews with me, carried 35mm film prints up stairs, went to get me coffee and even live-dubbed Giancarlo Giannini's voice when BLACK BELLY OF THE TARANTULA showed up without subs. RIP Udo, you were a star 🌟

I was the assistant editor on MY OWN PRIVATE IDAHO. I have 9000 stories from that time, and many of them feature this man who passed away this morning, Udo Kier. He would talk about Fassbinder, Warhol and Paul Morrissey for hours. I was so lucky to get to know Udo and he will be missed by so many.

yeah, its Jabin Botsford but it's hard to find some of the crazier ones from what I remember. There's one where he's holding onto a railing and the camera looks like its on the ground below the railing with him leaning over but can't seem to find it anywhere.
