Traditional paint palette (a dinner plate in a previous life) full of acrylic paint. I’m fond of expressive and impressionistic brushwork… contrasted with inked outlines. Artist at work! Laying down painted base layers on a city scene. I like mixing my grounding in traditional painting with newer digital tools. Adapting scenes for a variety of illustration projects. The mighty ink! Oh my it’s been an intense few weeks. Capped off with an actual table thing yesterday… been a while… forgot how exhausting all the prep would be. Still good to see actual human beans. And the remaining arty things are ready for next weekend’s open studio 😅
