I get that part, but how does society as a whole ‘guarantee’ a job?
Would everyone regardless of education level be guaranteed a job with a certain income? Or would it be based on qualifications?
If on qualifications, then under privileged communities would get the short end of the stick.

I'm ignorant on how a job guarantee would work, but my first instinct is to think it would not turn out too well for people who are not white.
