It's official, I have deep disdain for these "bio-hacker" sauna goers and sweatlodge wannabes. The sauna and sweatlodge are medicine and cultural, not some next hip 'gymbro' lifehack. Either have some cultural humility or fuck off. May the cold plunge shrink ur balls permanently...
