Guidelines stipulate that a PENG block should have the same restrictions as neuraxial block with regard to anticoagulation. This strikes me as overkill, just based on anatomy. And considering the damage from a 21G cannula compared to, say the hip-fracture. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Splittrad. Blir lite provocerad av hemförlossning som koncept, iaf för annat än normal grav. Autonomin är oantastlig, men måste vi ta ansvar för patientens beslut?

1. Dobropilla och Mezhova börjar mer och mer likna spökstäder. De som bor kvar håller sig inomhus. Byggnader står och brinner utan att släckas. De bilar som passerar kör snabbt igenom. Det är en stor skillnad mot hur det var för 2 månader sedan när det var fullt med liv och rörelse på dessa platser.
