So color me skeptical of any "cure" for the "male loneliness epidemic" that isn't "abolish patriarchy (and capitalism)."

Have spent the week with a building sense of dread and then ill forget why and sort of gaslight myself that it must be too much screens or not enough exercise and then I remember. Anyway, still might pick smoking back up.

The last two days ive had to work while everyone else in my family is on break. Only being responsible for yourself in the morning is a real treat! Those childfree by choice people might be onto something.
