I desperately need to take a stress leave from work, but our insurance through work doesn't have short term disability coverage. My manager has created such a hostile work environment that I'm having intense anxiety and panic attacks just thinking about going to work each day.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.

Last summer I was pushing 100+ emails daily along with working on files all day. Now 60 emails is painful. I just get to come home and lay in bed and do nothing.

Over the summer I started prioritizing my own health over my work output, and while the tremors in my hands have mostly stopped, even going over my personal limit has rendered my right wrist painfully sore.
