I thought I had this cracked when I got my degree, something I thought I would never achieve. It was an art degree though which is a lot more suited to the ADHD brain. Even still it presented a lot of challenges with deadlines and most of my projects finished like this.

I'm doing an Irish course atm and had to bail on the last few classes, theyre three hour long, and I just cant. I doom spiral about my ability, ADHD trait, to the point I welled up during the last class and had to leave. Happened in school as well, where I cried in class thinking I'm stupid. Shite.

I struggle reading books, always have, it makes me feel like a lower intellect when I'm around people discussing literature. It tracks with my ADHD suspicions so I've been looking at alternatives and a suggestion is graphic novels. May as well say here's a colouring book for you to play with.
