I kind of think wealthy leftists are like lifelong New Yorkers? They’re aware their experience is unusual, but have a poor sense of which things are specific to them.

So they say things like “nobody but New Yorkers has ever eaten a buttered roll,” or “average people don’t have basketball hoops.”

I once had a furry argue to me that he was entitled to sufficient money for a fursuit from his job.

I explained to him that this is a hobby, and you can potentially earn money for a suit for one, but your employer doesn’t owe you beyond what you’re contacted for.

Exciting update in fursuit town!

I have basically completed one half of the fursuit! The other half is mostly done, just needs the smaller parts hand sewn on and then reinforced.
