Labour's budget doesn't even touch the sides when it comes to the challenges confronting our public services.

On May 24th, 2007, Tori James from Pembrokeshire became the first Welsh woman to summit Mount Everest.
She was also part of the first all-female team to complete a 360-mile ski expedition to the Magnetic North Pole.
Tori holds the record for the longest open-sea kayak journey in UK waters.
