As an artist I enjoy fusing and blending different ideas. This was inspired by watercolour drip paintings. I aimed to create the #photography equivalent using sequins, fabric and #icm.

I initially rejected this shot for not being interesting enough. I returned to it a month later and had second thoughts. The composition isn't quite right, but there are aspects that I do like.

That Sunday night when we all wore crystal snow hats. The sky juggled diamonds that night, and we caught them in our tresses. We didn't know it was in the snow, not then. Tiny prisms, they were, refracting awe in all the colours of poison.
