Today (day 9) we had likouala pepper (also known as ashanti pepper) and I couldn’t resist a peppercorn sauce with rare steak, frites, and some peas cooked in chicken broth for lunch #adventspice

Day 2 is Trappeur Blend which I used on the salmon fillets, with maple roasted potatoes and rocket #adventspice
