I managed to get some decent sleep last night but still have zero dopamine or motivation. I’m really struggling. Just waiting to speak to my dr. I’m usually better at surfing the ebbs and I’m very resilient but six months of diazepam tapering has me on a hair trigger. Depression. Anxiety. Bleugh

I really can’t believe it’s been 30 years since I left school to protect trees from a bypass, ‘eco activism’, or ‘crusty tree huggers’ as we were called in the press.

My main tool is music that gets me up and moving. Then I might be able to complete one task. People think ADHD looks fun from the outside but I assure you it can be fucking miserable. My brain is never quiet. Like never. OCD and ASD too it’s like a fucking nightmare.
ADHD’ers, what tools or techniques do you use to get off the bed/sofa in the morning?! Procrastination central here. 8 hours scrolling instagram yesterday! lol

Fucking unbelievable how they left it with a week of pouring rain. Those slats are wood, with porous membrane. No tarpaulin. Ever seen rain pouring out of plug sockets?

My disabled best friend has been living with a leaking kitchen and bathroom roof for over a year. Yesterday roofers pulled the flat roof off and left it uncovered overnight and it rained torrential. She has buckets everywhere. The electrics keep tripping. Landlord isn’t doing anything! So angry.

Anyone else tried these darioxedant pills? For chronic insomnia, new med supposed to be non addicting. One of the side effects is sleep sex ffs. I am a delicate asexual (one off sex maybe once a year) and I fucked my own pillow this morning. I haven’t had a sex dream that good for 30 years 😂

If you’re in the UK and want to be an ally this is a fantastic way to do it. Call the venue and ask them why they’re platforming this hateful creature. Plenty of venues have de-platformed after enough public anger.
