it can have more than 2 ingredients imo, but it's gotta be max 2 Tasks. making rice? that's a Task. cleaning a pot or pan is a Task. chopping up something is a Task

even opening a container could be a Task if it sucks enough (e.g. having to get something from the back of the pantry)

it's also the case that people who suffer terrible, overwhelming oppression can sometimes be capable of astonishingly powerful expression

in Wicked, animals are made *physically* incapable of speech. in reality, the oppressed are often shouting loudly & eloquently into a society void of empathy

it's true that if your brutalise & subjugate people, keep them in cages, deprive them, etc. you can deny them the ability to develop as they otherwise would, or damage their faculties

this isn't a property of the type of person being oppressed, though. *everyone* suffers if caged
