I respect that theory.
My theory is that they make a Tron movie every generation to train a new VFX artists on what they'll be focusing on for the next decade(s)

The need to scratch an itch has to be a top 10 flaw in human instinct.
If you have a bug bite, rash, or allergic reaction scratching does not help. It makes everything worse, but is the only thing we want to do and feels perfect for 1 second.

I like to imagine Remy from Ratatouille has the intelligence disease from Planet of the Apes and what we're seeing is the beginning of a Planet of the Rats type scenario where rats get smarter and people get dumber he as the infection spreads.

I am currently writing a wedding speech and it's so hard to hit the right balance of all the elements without falling into the problem zones that I made this Venn diagram to describe.

Three circles; Jokes, Stories, and Compliments. That intersect to 3 sections of "Dude Bro who shouldn't give a speech" "What is this a roast" and "A King But rambling drunk" with "The Speech I want" in the middle

They still don't melt right. I haven't tried pizza but I made tacos and nachos and the melt wasn't right. Not revolting but not right.
However, when I mixed it with taco ingredients and heated in a pan the cheese was better. Little melty and crispy. It needed the direct contact with the pan.

Violife - for shredded
Nuts For Cheese - for spreadable or cheese plate cheeses
Farm Boy - for slices

There's still some problems to work out. They work best cold. For a snack-able cheese plate or sandwich.

I tried "Just Egg" last year and it was one of the nastiest things I've ever eaten. It tasted like mustard dirt and ruined any pan you cooked it in. 0/10

I am happy to report that vegan cheeses, after years of being a joke, seems to have finally gotten their act together and are now fairly tasty.
Fake meat, fake cheese, if the scientists can figure out fake egg I can switch to full vegan pretty seamlessly.

The concept of brand loyalty is such a weird thing. Corporations talk about that shit all the time but if I ever met someone in real life who was like "I only trust Tide to clean my clothes" I'd full on take them to the hospital.
