Idk what Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is. I'm not sure I trust Intelligent Systems. Koei Tecmo drove the bus on the Fodlan games and you can tell when they made Hopes they knew what their audience liked. Great female characters, and homosexuality. If Fortune's Weave doesn't have them it will fail.
