TL cleanse. My dogs have been to the groomers.

One of our team was arrested yesterday for allegedly breaching protest restrictions, even though they weren't protesting – because wearing a keffiyeh while walking down the street is "reasonable suspicion".

RE CMCs, I would argue they were actively harmful to claims, on top of taking massive commissions. They send pages of official looking guff and clearly had no idea what constituted missale.

On the flipside I once recieved a hand written scrawl on a ripped piece of paper. That one was successful.

I used to contract for a bank reviewing PPI missale claims.

If you've taken out car finance in the last decade or so, you can send an email to your lender to ask them to check if it was missold.

YOU DO NOT NEED A CLAIMS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. It is a cottage industry and they have zero expertise.

The FCA have a template letter. If you get it out by mid november it'll be treated as a historical complaint and will have to be acted on early 2026. After that, you could either be waiting a long time or invite the chance for the banks to muddy the water.

I'm 99% sure I am not entitled to compensation (presicely because of my job experience instilling paranoia) but I just used a template and sent out an email. Takes 5 minutes and could be worth a couple hundred quid. Worse case, you will be inconveniencing a major bank which is still cool.

There's be a cynical element of casting such a wide net that any and all dissenters can be 'Antifa' but I can believe that figureheads like Trump and Noem are dense enough to believe Mr Antifa is sat at a desk orchestrating the movement like Baron Greenback.
