The best thing about the ending of 28 Years Later is that even if someone spoiled it for you, you wouldn't believe them anyway.

Re-read Crossed +100 and Crossed: Wish You Were Here ahead of watching 28 Years Later, as I wondered if they might have influenced the film.

Now that I've seen it, I don't think they did but they're a great read. Crossed +100 in particular feels like one of Moore's more underrated works.

Hey @augusttales.bsky.social - why have you used AI to rewrite one of our reviews and pass it off as your own? This is totally unacceptable and shameful. Remove this and the other examples of our work that you have plagiarised immediately.
andywpoliver.bsky.social
Aha! A stolen, AI-rewritten version of one of my reviews that went up on another site ON THE VERY SAME DAY WE PUBLISHED IT. There's the timing, recycled sentences, same observations, adjectives & phrases badly regurgitated. The real giveaway? They didn't edit out "Broken Frontier" in the first para.

Ah it might be you. I did get an email from Medium saying the content was being taken down but yeah, seems like we’re not the only ones asking him to stop using our work.

Now he’s saying he was totally going to finally update this week but now can’t as he needs to “navigate this interruption.” 🫥
jacklothian.bsky.social
Nah it’s not your fault. He gave us an email address to specifically discuss the copyright issue and then ignored every email.

He agreed never to use our work again then he used it again. We emailed, he ignored the email, so I asked Medium to remove it. Didn’t want to waste my time doing that but 🤷🏻‍♂️

And dude... your book is over four years overdue. 160+ paperbacks that you claimed to have sent in Dec 2022 never arrived and you've never followed up on it.

If you can write a 1000+ word essay on DMCA then you can finally update backers after two years. Paperback, hardback, status, done.

I'm happy to share the numerous emails we (well, mainly me, Sha is busy off being awesome and doing good stuff) sent to Frazer over the past three years to the email address he insisted we use - all of which were ignored.

Here's him also promising never to use our work for his promo stuff.
jacklothian.bsky.social
This is tedious. We absolutely tried to reach Frazer privately.

Here's the email we sent using the email address he supplied when he blocked us on WhatsApp and said he'd only discuss TFTQ via email. I also tried to phone him but he didn't answer. Can't message on social media as it's blocked.
jacklothian.bsky.social
Just to update: filed a DMCA takedown with Medium and the video was removed. Seems to have been pre-emptively wiped from Instagram, YouTube and all the other #TFTQ channels as well.

Hopefully that's the end of it and we won't have to deal with this guy again.

Just to add, your work is also being used on videos embedded on the new Red Cabin Comics page on Medium as well.

It seems like Frazer's plan is just to ignore all copyright and steam on ahead in the belief that he owns the rights to everyone's work.

Yeah, his manic insistence over the past four years that it'll be spun off into sequels, a movie, a play, an audio drama, a musical, a podcast, a board game, an RPG, and even a craft beer is bizarre, especially as he can't even deliver a hardback and paperback that someone else put together for him.

Vince, we've facing the same. No waivers were signed as he never bothered to send them out. Made it clear to him in 2023 that he no longer had any rights to our work. Got him on WhatsApp and he agreed to stop using it.

And there we are, in a video in 2025, being used to promote it...

We made it very clear to him in 2023 that we no longer wanted our strip associated with the book. Even got lawyers to contact him.

Managed to get him on WhatsApp where he promised he'd never mention us or show any of our pages again.

And now he goes and puts one of our panels in his video...
