Yes, but the key must be the policies/procedures. Obviously money is important BUT, THE PROBLEMS ARE EXECUTING THE POLICIES. CORRECT THEM THRU LEGISLATION.

This is an appropriate response. Any political leader waffling from accountability for homicides should not be returned to office. The accountability should take the form of investigation, indictment and decision on guilt or innocence by a jury. It's that simple.
