First time I’m launching a book on Bluesky, so here goes: I’m excited to announce my latest, the Second Edition of Adventure: The Atari 2600 at the Dawn of Console Gaming! Now with homebrews, mods, and more. Available on Amazon in paperback/Kindle: www.amazon.com/dp/195793207... #retrogaming #atari
Great post. Hilarious, in the fine genre of "you've got to be kidding me." We bought separate GE Profiles about six years ago. So far, not too bad; I haven't had to rip them completely apart yet, like I did the old ones. But we almost bought a unit like this!

The 'kin' of ‘napkin’ means "little."

‘Nap’ comes from ‘nape,' which means “tablecloth.”

So a napkin is a little tablecloth.

10/10, no notes.

I had a dream last night that I bought a new treadmill, and it was really well made and only $250, but the reason it was so inexpensive was that the company found a way to display continuous video ads within the treads, and it forced you to look down at them and watch commercials the whole time

I also like the hero image pairing, as if Ellison is emitting the squeak

I've been enjoying the screenshots and your progress. I knew the remaster looked stunning, but I tend to be the purist type and only want to play or replay the originals (especially since I write about them and what it was like when they were released). Having second thoughts about this one, though.

I need to watch this one! Also, I finally found some pictures about a year ago that show the holidays, the Ataris, etc. My parents used a terrible $10 camera and never wanted to look at old pictures, so they were buried. But I've got them now and need to do the big family photo scan.

NEW: I just got off the phone with a Warner Bros. Discovery spokesperson who confirmed Warner Bros. Games is included in the Netflix deal.

I asked whether they would discuss plans for the division, but they refused to elaborate further at this point in time.
Yes, Netflix is acquiring Warner Bros. Games
A Warner Bros. spokesperson has confirmed the video game division will be acquired by Netflix alongside its wider streaming and television business.

Thanks! Working on my second Corvette; my first one looked like a flying shipping crate, although at least it worked. There’s so much to do in this game.
