Also, any strategy is inferior to the strategy of not playing at all. House edge means you lose in the long term. Just use your money for something good pls. Voluntarily funding casinos is rlly bad vibes.

Guy explained their craps strategy to me, and i explained to them why that was statistically inferior to another strategy (i pulled out multiple sources and did the math in front of them), and he just ignored it because he *felt* like his strategy was better.

Okay this is heat. And after looking at the subreddit for material maker, I'm pretty sure its good software and I just didnt get it at the time.
I'll probably be dual booting Linux with this setup for godot development. But for now I'm continuing to learn Adobe just to see what I'm missing out on.

For some context, Im still quite new to texturing from scratch and thus havnt developed a workflow for it yet. My plan is to learn on adobe software and see if i can establish a similar workflow with free software. But so far from what i read online, there is no good alternative to substance.

I love godot. Ive been thinking of switching to it as my main game engine.
But what cheap/free alternatives exist for the software i listed? So far i used armor paint, material maker and gimp. I learned them all before trying adobe but adobe feels so much easier to use.

To sum up why people like Linux:
When i run into an issue on Linux, i will struggle to fix it but at the end I will feel like i learned a little bit more about computers, operating systems and programs.
When i struggle with a windows issue, i learn nothing and feel like my time was wasted on bs.

If i won the lottery, i would hire hitmen to beat up CEOs and politicians when they make shitty decisions. They'll have to stop being shitty or else they will live in constant fear of being assaulted. I would be smart about it, too. It'll take 40 years for the fbi to finally catch me.

It will never not be funny to me that the board game Monopoly was originally invented by woman who hated capitalism and wanted to expose the dangers of land grabbing but the take away most players had was that its a lot of fun to financially starve your friends in an unfair rng landlord rp game.

Agreed, its so immersion breaking when you can see that your choice doesnt actually matter.
Ofc redundant dialogue options can add style and flavor when used appropriately.
And games like detroit become human hide it very well, so dialogue choices can still feel impactful even when theyre not.
