Servant to elderly felines; expert hermit; wordworker in a specialized niche; true blue in a blue state. Post mostly photos, once in a while something political, but mostly a break for you from the daily anguish. All my photos unless noted.
Pinned
Yes, I sometimes post political stuff, but so many are saying it all better than I can, and truthfully, it all gets overwhelming, so my feed will be a refuge, a respite page, if you will, to take a break from the horror and rest in comfort for a bit.
Bruiser, my ex-stray.

Two images from way back when, of departed but never forgotten cats I loved. Schooner, contemplating the great outdoors (which he'd be horrified to find himself in) and Ed hanging out with a young Squash.

Barn cats! With owners who take proper care of them, it's a good life for a cat who doesn't want to be confined to a house.

Back to my own photos, and here are a couple of shots of my goofballs: Squash (L) and Peanut in a typical pose. Gone now, always in my heart.

I came across this collection of images on Facebook, and it's so marvelous I had to share it, although the source did not provide any attributions for the photographers. And just think how many other shell patterns there are in the world of turtles.
