Sadly, this is truer than most want to admit.

For example, earlier this year, I finished physical therapy to relieve pressure from my sciatic nerve. The pain was cripling!

Since then, I rededicated myself to the gym. I go for an hour a day, 4 or 5 times a week.

Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill, who was taken to a local hospital because of a knee injury, is believed to have suffered a dislocated knee, source says.

This injury, far worse than a dislocated knee cap, often comes with multiple ligament tears.
