Freeport’s or “special economic zones” are areas in which corporations make the rules. British law does not apply: Health and safety. Tax. Benefits. Basic rights. All controlled by the corporation in charge of that zone.

Fuck living there or anywhere near it. It’ll be oligarch run poverty-ville.

Teesside’s freeport, initiated in 2021 under Rishi Sunak, has cost £560 million far exceeding the standard £25 million allocation (22 times the standard £25m).
90% profits go to the private sector.
This clearly shows the UK model of State aid post-Brexit is utterly corrupt.

The fact that we now have to pay for some vaccines to protect ourselves from a disease that could disable us at any time at any age for life is a concern. Eg covid vaccine ~£90 the 2 tier system is already happening. Profiteering and gambling with people's lives is unforgivable. Worse to come
