ICE claims that the guy is impersonating an ICE agent.....but since ICE agents dress in street clothes, we should probably assume that anyone claiming to be ICE are impersonating ICE agents. Their unprofessional behavior IS DANGEROUS AND IS AN ATTACK ON AMERICA.
This is good news. The ICE agent is arrested on state charges, so the Convicted FElon & the Regime can't do anything to stop this. They can try but it will be illegal.
