I’ve been thinking about Visible; Stanford ME/CFS doc told me I didn’t need it, but that was before the monitor data. Sounds like you’re getting good use from it? My tachycardia seems to happen most when I’m lying down, which is confusing.

Ugghhh so sorry about all of it. Hope the LC clinic treats you well & gives you something to work with.

I recently finished 2 weeks wearing a heart monitor; was surprised to learn that I was having an average of 56 episodes of tachycardia/day. Top HR of 188! LC/ME/CFS heart stuff sucks.

Haha yes we need a support group … this is my soon-to-be Pup-in-Law, who became my housemate a few months back. She’s an enormous personality in a tiny package, and she makes me laugh and swear every day. More laughing than swearing, most days.

Extremely decorative. This one lost her vision about 1.5 years ago and since then has refused to go for any kind of walk, which is probably kind of fair.

Errrggghhh. I got ME/CFS after a concussion and then Covid, and my brain has not been anywhere near the same since then (Sept 2019). I wish I were a brain doctor who could help you. I have had some relief from low-dose naltrexone prescribed by Stanford’s Long Covid/ME/CFS clinic.

As a terrified SNAP recipient in California, I’m moved & inspired by Heretic & the beautiful people who’ve donated. Part of my fear around all this is feeling like a large % of my countrymen don’t care if I live or die. Or worse, actually want me dead —“useless eater.”
