"JFK is still a presence, with an extensive terrace-level exhibit called 'Art and Ideals: President John F. Kennedy.' In the MAGA worldview, it’s mockery-worthy—a festival of woke, from 'Equal Rights for All' to 'Jazz Ambassadors' For the rest of us, it’s balm amid a storm of shocks and losses."
"My fellow non-MAGA Americans, keep an eye on your iconic monuments and performance spaces. Because when it comes to Trump, what happens in D.C. doesn’t always stay in D.C."

Great. Too bad it's going to be too late. Do NOT expect SCOTUS to greenlight this as they will use Purcell "about a year" from an election.

Good for 2028 though.

This is Virginia Democrats’ new House map. It creates 10 districts that Kamala Harris won by at least >50%, and 1 district that Donald Trump won by >70%.

It’d take a current 6 D, 5 R House split and give Dems a very good chance for 10 D, 1 R.

Surprising no one ever.
ooooof. Not unexpected, still bad: EPA re-approves Dicamba, the pesticide that easily drifts outside of fields when sprayed to harm trees, vegetables, other crops, and which courts twice said shouldn't be used, for this obvious reason.

Yeah, let's Make America Healthy Again, by:

-supporting the worst president in history on environmental and health issues
-who empowers/appoints industry lobbyists
-who is comically yet predictably corrupt

...and then I'll complain when he & his people do exactly what you'd expect.

Insane!

I think way too many journalists have given MAHA folks a platform and credibility.

Even if some of their goals are noble, they support a criminal and comically corrupt regime — beholden to Big Oil, Big Ag, etc — that is *obviously* not really genuinely interested in making Americans healthy.

Just takes a few leaks & BAM! And, yes, other countries have no interest in shielding rich, vile American men who abuse girls. The whole sordid situation should be exposed to the world.
I'll believe it when I see it but at least it isn't the notorious "two weeks" that is a synonym for never in the 47th Reich.

Frankly, though, with myriad countries opening their own investigations it is inevitable that the details will leak since the world doesn't have an interest in protecting 47.
