ICE zip-tying and detaining children isn’t “enforcement,” it’s *state cruelty.*

The 8th Amendment prohibits “cruel and unusual punishment.” That protection extends through the 5th & 14th to all human beings on U.S. soil.

This is unconstitutional, unlawful, and morally depraved.
