Born and raised in Hong Kong, I’m absolutely devastated by the Tai Po apartment fire that has killed 55 and displaced thousands. 36% of residents in this public housing estate are older adults (65+), many with limited mobility. Thinking of the seniors, families, and kaifongs tonight.
