Stephen Miller saying one of the most transparently racist things I've ever heard.

it would be so much easier to deport Stephen Miller somewhere he would like than trying to deport people because Stephen Miller is racist
Stephen Miller is now arguing that assimilation is fundamentally impossible and that certain cultures are not compatible with Western civilization

I find this sort of messaging so much better than insisting that the USA is somehow poor in aggregate.

i think chatgpt/openai are in big trouble. they announced they are getting into erotica (desperate for cash). a bunch of folks are talking about how great gemini 3 is (including buffett buying a ton of Google stock and Salesforce CEO Marc benioff saying he's done with chatgpt after using gemini 3)

i love crypto people because they don't even attempt to think
What's hilarious is that you think Bitcoin is dying, it's been pronounced dead by MSM almost 700 times in the past 17 years. You'll be amazed at what happens next, in hindsight you'll wish you'd studied bitcoin.

had my first experience with a take off your shoes and put them on the seat in front of you lady and she was wildly inconsiderate in other ways too.
Everyone commenting this way is getting the cause and effect backward. People are not slobs on planes because the planes are bad and cramped. They're slobs because they're slobs, and it's not worth it for the airlines to do anything to improve beyond the bare minimum they're paying for.
Exactly. But when you run a flying Motel 6, you can’t really complain when folks roll up looking like a Monday after a NASCAR event

i don't use chatgpt but i did make some sourdough rolls using Gemini and they were so incredibly good 🤷‍♂️
I wonder how many people are gonna catastrophically fuck up thanksgiving by using chatgpt for their recipes

I think a lot of people in the center genuinely mistake baseline leftists and progressives for like 60s era hippies instead of just boring professionals and blue collar workers who took Mr. Rogers shit seriously lol.

on the subject of lyin Ted, i used to debate whether people were stupid or lying and the truth is it doesn't really matter. Either way, you're not going to convince them that they're wrong.

Generative AI is a coding assistant first
Recently met someone who was very surprised to hear I didn’t use ChatGPT or any LLM.

I said my job depended on doing distinctive work. That was my selling point. If I started to sound like ChatGPT and turn out what it did, then how on earth could I justify doing it? What would that make me?
