Slept for 8 hours again last night, had a good cry over a library book, and rewatched The Innkeeper. Also, I have managed not to drop any appliances on my foot so far today, although I did nearly fall out of the bath earlier. Winning!

Alas, extra sleep has not brought back my ability to write or stopped me from wanting to zap my AO3 account. Also, dropping an oven on your foot really hurts. 0/10 would not recommend.

Yesterday was topsy-turvy but ended on a high (with the help of pirate pals, and I'm so excited about Wee Con). So much so that I crashed out and slept for 8 hours straight. That is a rarity. Feel better for it, but also a little, who am I? What in the name of Calypso has been going on lately? 🤔 😅

Yesterday was topsy-turvy but ended on a high (with the help of pirate pals, and I'm so excited about Wee Con). So much so that I crashed out and slept for 8 hours straight. That is a rarity. Feel better for it, but also a little, who am I? What in the name of Calypso has been going on lately? 🤔 😅

Tried to explain to someone again today the impact #OFMD has had on me, but I'm not eloquent enough. I'm nearly 50 and because of the show and the community it led me to, I'm starting to finally feel at peace with myself. I'm getting to be who I was always meant to be. It's still scary but fab ❤️

Thanks for the support yesterday #OFMD crew. Was stuck in that loop of being sad about the past/scared of the future that I'd left it too late. Today, I'm trying to concentrate on the here and now. I have made progress, Sat was a big step in continuing with that. Long way to go but will get there ❤️

So, I did the thing on Sat, & of course, it felt like #OFMD was with me (3 chandeliers, definitely overkill). It went well, was strangely emotional too. Am vague posting sorry, but I also feel a little vague, a little lost. Will be OK in a few days, just processing. Life hey 🙂.
