The kicker is our Peacock subscription won’t work here, though our VPN does, because it’s tied to our Roku. Our flat has no tv. I never thought to check for that and I had to rebook it fast anyway

La Scala is doing Gotterdammerung during the Olympics and I have to think that’s on purpose to keep the tourists away. We would go anyway but my husband, who grew up on opera, finds Wagner too long. It’s not even the first of the Ring Cycle!

This trip is cursed this far - hip feels bad, air quality is moderate which is bad for me, almost lost my backpack, I thought I bought an interchangeable coat and it turns out to be the same model name but not interchangeable.
