I mean there have been A LOT of crazy moments of Trump officials testifying before Congress over the years, but Attorney General Pam Bondi ranting about the stock market during a House Judiciary hearing - amidst questions about Epstein, ICE, and political prosecutions - has gotta make the Top 3.
