As someone who manages an international team, it's distressing to see worker protections that are standard in other countries simply not exist here. Not just don't exist, the basic concept of some of those protections feel entirely impossible in this reality.

As someone who manages an international team, it's distressing to see worker protections that are standard in other countries simply not exist here. Not just don't exist, the basic concept of some of those protections feel entirely impossible in this reality.
