This is Artemis McDermott. They are/were a 1970s activist, hippie, and porn director before being shot on the Central City subway. This is how he looked when he was alive in the 1970s without the groovy outfit. Here is Artie in his signature groovy outfit that he wore whenever he scouted talent to be in his naughty films :3. Artie was a regular sex pest even for standards at the time, being into and finding interests in a lot of weird fetishes. He often would film porn for both vanilla audiences and more odd ones, all within legal means obviously. He honestly was a pioneer of fetish content in that era and moving forward, something he didnt know until many years later.

And here is where things get funny! Artemis might have died in the 70s. But his freaky spirit lives on! After being shot by an unknown assailant, Artemis has no hope of moving on. So, why not have some fun. Using his ghostly abilities he changes shape, color, height, and even his entire body to be whatever he wants it to be. Now being a ghost isn't complete freedom. Unfortunately Artie was shot in the subway system, meaning his spirit is trapped underground Central City unable to ever go above. Hence the background being a subway car. This design was always planned to be a Chesire Cat like creation, it just took a good year or so to make it into a character I was proud of. Artemis isn't always naked. He still likes dressing up in some strange but drippy (hah) attire! This outfit was inspired by Beetlejuice from the broadway musical as well as the cab driver from Scrooged! Also don't ask what the hats deal is. He is just a silly little guy. Wah! What the hell happened to him!? Oh right he can do this. Artie like mentioned before can do whatever he wants to himself and others. So if he wants to get freaky or scare the shit out of someone, he turns into his poltergeist form! This giant floating fatass has a ghostly tail and one helluva long tongue! Its good to mention that most ghosts have little to no weaknesses minus salt and very bright lights. So you better have those ready in case you meet Artie!
