And to be clear, the six reported injuries were nosebleeds, which is what happens when you have barotrauma.

I’ve been asking since June, if a passenger is handcuffed and the handcuffs are attached to a chain around their waists, can they even reach up to grab their masks? Seems like no.

Incredible. Jess has been on this story for YEARS. The victim's mother recently told her – in a quote that was shown to the state's Pardon and Parole board, contributing to their clemency recommendation – “They should let him live. I don’t think they should execute him.” The governor listened.

The sandwich came apart and "kind of exploded" on his chest upon impact, he says.

In the days before the admin. tried to deport unaccompanied Guatemalan children in the pre-dawn hours of Labor Day weekend, many of their immigration cases were abruptly closed.

I'm now hearing that this is happening to some Honduran kids.
