Imo it’s the difference between “I hope my soldiers make it home to their families” and “everyone in my warband deserves the bullet that is coming for them” the former is realistically grim and a little sad, the latter is grim to the point of comedy

i'm glad we torched all online information resources and forums and customer support avenues in favour of shoving everything into a discord server
