From 2008 to 2025, the average MLS franchise valuation has increased by about 1,849% That’s partly about reach outside borders. /end

On this day in 1977, Ken Hinton with the BC Lions returned a missed field goal by Edmonton's Dave Cutler for 130 yards. It set a record for longest punt return in the CFL that stands to this day. Hinton was a rookie on the team when he set the record.

The NFL is getting better at talent evaluation constantly, but they still have a mental hurdle when it says "Wilfrid Laurier" next to a player's name instead of "Western Kentucky".
A decade ago, he wouldn't have gotten nearly the look he did - hopefully a decade from now he gets his PR spot.

I believe this was predicted but still disquieting. One would have to be naive to think such a covert operation is not already planned or underway in Canada, most likely centred in Alberta. Trump’s CIA serves Trump after all.
